You won’t be dealing with a world-wide conglomerate. You won’t be a company assigned to one of a hundred sales people working to close thousands of sales leads. You won’t have to sign a 50 page contract written by a team of lawyers, and then be transferred to a “implementation” group trained to mitigate the high expectations created by the sales people.
Some other things that you might want to be aware of if you choose SouthWare are that you won’t have access to customer support centers in Mexico, India, Shanghai, Sweden, or The Ukraine. Your primary support person will answer his/her own phone here in the US, and you won’t get to listen to fancy on-hold music or marketing messages while we transfer you from department to department and ask the same questions over and over again.
Please be aware that your issues will typically be resolved in minutes or hours instead of days or weeks. Your SouthWare system won’t require an army of support techs to operate, and you won’t need an IT staff to keep it running, nor will you have to upgrade all of your hardware and computers.
Most of our employees have been with us for since the beginning, so it is very likely you will have to deal with the same people for decades. If you like change, we are probably not the right company for you.
